Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026. Applies to everyone using Unwyre Outreach. Many of these rules are enforced by the software itself.

How we send

  • A person approves every email. Editing an approved email or changing the profile it relies on sends it back for approval.
  • At most 50 emails a day per mailbox. New mailboxes warm up gradually, and each campaign has its own daily limit, sending days and sending hours.
  • One email at a time, with a randomised gap between them. We never send one email to many recipients at once.
  • At most two follow-ups, in the same thread. They stop on any reply, bounce or opt-out.

Who we contact

  • Only business or organisation contacts published on the organisation's own pages, or addresses a team member has personally confirmed.
  • Every address goes through an email check before it can be approved: format, real inbox, no disposable domains, the domain accepts mail, and it belongs to the organisation.
  • Never:
    • bought or rented lists
    • guessed addresses
    • scraping LinkedIn, Instagram or other sites that forbid it
    • getting around logins or blocks
  • Only when there's a specific, genuine reason: a live opportunity, a published request or a clear fit. Mass emailing of unrelated organisations isn't allowed.
  • Recipients in the EU and Canada need legal review first.

What every email must have

  • The real sender's name and a working reply address. No invented team members.
  • An honest subject line, and only true, sourced claims. No fake credentials, results, clients or "Dr." titles that aren't real.
  • A valid postal address.
  • A clear way to opt out. Opt-outs are honoured immediately across every workspace (CAN-SPAM requires within 10 business days).
  • Plain text, with no tracking pixels and no misleading links.

Not allowed

  • Pay-to-play offers presented as invitations, or any deceptive offer.
  • Harassment, hate, adult content, or anything illegal.
  • Medical or financial promises.
  • Contacting anyone who opted out, or adding cold contacts to newsletters without their explicit yes.
  • Sharing one client's leads or contacts with another client.
  • Trying to get around the sending limits, checks or approvals.

Reporting

If you think we emailed you in a way that breaks this policy, write to info@unwyresolutions.com or use the opt-out form. We investigate every report.
