Terms of Use
Last updated 22 October 2026. These terms cover use of Unwyre Outreach at https://outreach.unwyresolutions.co.in, operated by Unwyre Solutions (Unwyre Solutions, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India).
1. Who can use it
Unwyre Outreach is a private tool for Unwyre Solutions' team and for client team members invited by an administrator. Accounts are personal: keep your password safe and don't share it. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used by someone else.
2. What the service does
It helps research outreach opportunities from public sources, check contact details, draft personal emails for a person to approve, send approved emails from connected mailboxes within strict limits, and track replies. It's a tool for careful one-to-one outreach, not bulk email marketing.
3. Your responsibilities
- Follow the Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy.
- Make sure profile facts, credentials and claims are true, and approved by the person or brand they describe, before they're used in emails.
- Read every lead and email before approving it. You're responsible for what you approve.
- Only connect mailboxes you're authorised to use. Comply with your email provider's terms and the laws of the recipient's country.
- Keep client data confidential. Export only what you need.
4. AI-generated content
Research summaries, scores, email checks and drafts are produced with the help of AI. They can be incomplete or wrong. That's why every lead shows its sources, and why nothing is sent without human approval. Check important facts on the source pages.
5. No guarantees of results
We don't guarantee bookings, replies, sales or deliverability. Email providers decide what reaches the inbox.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts recipients, mailboxes or the service at risk.
7. Ownership
Clients own their brand assets, persona facts and the emails written for them. Unwyre Solutions owns the software. Logos and brand colours uploaded for white-labelling are used only to display that client's workspace.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Unwyre Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
