Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026. Applies to Unwyre Outreach at https://outreach.unwyresolutions.co.in.

In short

  • Unwyre Solutions ("we") runs Unwyre Outreach to research and send personal, one-to-one outreach emails for ourselves and our clients.
  • We only use business contact details that an organisation has published on its own pages. We never buy lists, never scrape LinkedIn or Instagram, and never guess email addresses.
  • A person approves every email before it is sent. You can stop all emails at any time, and we'll honour it straight away.
  • We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

1. Who we are

Unwyre Solutions, a digital marketing and branding agency, Unwyre Solutions, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For anything in this policy, including grievances, write to info@unwyresolutions.com.

2. Whose data we handle

  • Outreach contacts: people at organisations we may contact (event organisers, programme leads, companies, NGOs and community groups).
  • Team users: Unwyre staff and client team members who log in to the tool.
  • People who contact us: anyone who replies to an email or uses our opt-out and data request form.

3. What we collect

WhoDataWhere it comes from
Outreach contactsName, job title, organisation, business email address, the page where it was published, our emails to you, your replies (subject and a short excerpt), and whether you asked us to stopThe organisation's own public website or event pages, and your replies
Team usersName, username, email, role, and an activity log (who researched, approved, edited, sent or exported what)You, or your administrator
Request sendersEmail, optional name, your request and messageYou

We do not collect sensitive personal data, home addresses or personal social media. We never handle clients' or patients' private information in this tool.

4. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To send relevant one-to-one business emails about a specific opportunity (a speaking slot, a partnership, a service, a donation drive). The basis is our legitimate interest in business-to-business contact, limited to what's published for that purpose. You can object at any time.
  • To stop contacting people who ask us to: we keep your email address on a suppression list so you are never contacted again. This is a legal obligation.
  • Newsletters: only if you explicitly say yes. Your consent and its date are recorded, and you can withdraw it at any time.
  • To run and secure the tool: logins, audit logs and backups.

5. Google user data (Gmail)

When a team member connects a Gmail account, Unwyre Outreach asks for permission to send email (gmail.send) and to read messages (gmail.readonly). We use this access only to:

  • send the emails a person has approved, from that mailbox
  • check the threads we started for replies, bounces and unsubscribe requests, so that follow-ups stop and opt-outs are honoured

We don't read, store or analyse any other email in the mailbox. From the threads we started, we store only the sender, the subject, a short excerpt and the type of reply (for example, interested or asked to stop). OAuth tokens are encrypted, and the connection can be removed at any time in Settings or in the Google account's security settings.

Unwyre Outreach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

  • We don't sell this data or transfer it to advertisers or data brokers.
  • We don't use it for advertising.
  • We don't use it to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.
  • People read it only where needed to handle a reply, for security, or to comply with the law.

6. AI processing

Research and drafting use Anthropic's Claude API. It reads public web pages, the approved profile of the person or brand doing the outreach, and lead details. Reply excerpts may be classified (for example, "interested" or "asked to stop"). This is done under Anthropic's commercial terms, which do not allow our API data to be used to train their models. A person reviews every lead and email.

7. Who we share it with

We use only these service providers (processors), under contract and only to run the tool:

  • Cloud hosting and database
  • Anthropic (AI research and drafting)
  • Google, or the email provider of the sending mailbox (sending and receiving email)
  • Optionally, an email-verification service

We share a client's leads only with that client's own team. We disclose data if the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

8. How long we keep it

  • Outreach contacts: up to 24 months after our last contact. After that, the data is deleted, unless you replied and we're working together.
  • Suppression (do-not-contact) list: kept for as long as we operate, holding only the email address, so we can keep honouring your request.
  • Audit logs: up to 3 years.
  • Data requests: up to 3 years.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, role-based access with strong password hashing, encrypted mail credentials and tokens, separate workspaces per client (exports are limited to one workspace), audit logs and backups. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • stop contacting you
  • tell you what we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • withdraw consent

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can also nominate someone to exercise your rights. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, you can also object, restrict processing or port your data.

How: use the opt-out and data request form or email info@unwyresolutions.com.

  • Opt-outs and deletions stop all emails immediately.
  • We answer other requests within 30 days.
  • If you're not satisfied, you can escalate to us as a grievance; we resolve grievances within 90 days. You can then complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local data protection authority.

11. Where data is stored

Data may be processed on servers outside India (for example, by our hosting and AI providers), with appropriate safeguards and only as this policy allows.

12. Children

Unwyre Outreach is for business use. We don't knowingly contact or collect data from anyone under 18.

13. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, for logging in and form security. See the Cookie Notice.

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes, and tell team users about significant changes.
